Problem

How might we fast-track the reporting of high volume, low severity workplace incidents?

Solution

Solution prototype includes:

• Telegram bot for ease of access with guided instructions

• Injury Image Descriptor using LLM to assist in describing injury 

• AI-assisted and/or Rule-Based assessment for fast-tracking low severity incidents

Benefits: 

• Accessible, guided, and user-friendly reporting of injury for low severity incidents

• Increased accuracy with direct evidence upload and description

• Faster claim processing and payment of claim
